วิธีสมัครเก็บเงินปลายทาง Kerry Express

ท่านสามารถสมัครใช้บริการเก็บเงินปลายทาง ได้ 2 ช่องทาง คือ ผ่านเว็บไซต์ Kerry Express ได้ที่นี่ และผ่านแอปพลิเคชัน Android และ iOS

บัญชีบุคคลธรรมดา ใช้เอกสารดังต่อไปนี้

1. สำเนาบัตรประชาชน (ใช้รูปถ่ายได้)
2. หลักฐานการเปลี่ยนชื่อ (ถ้ามี)
3. สำเนาสมุดบัญชีธนาคาร (ใช้รูปถ่ายหน้าแรกได้)

บัญชีนิติบุคคล ใช้เอกสารดังต่อไปนี้

1. สำเนาหนังสือรับรองบริษัท 3 หน้าแรก พร้อมเซ็นกำกับ
2. สำเนาบัตรประชาชนของผู้มีอำนาจและผู้รับมอบอำนาจ พร้อมเซ็นกำกับ
3. หนังสือมอบอำนาจ (ถ้ามี)
4. สำเนาสมุดบัญชีธนาคารของบริษัท

วิธีการชำระค่าบริการจัดส่งพัสดุ

• สามารถชำระเงินผ่านผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง

ค่าธรรมเนียมการให้บริการเก็บเงินปลายทาง

• คิดค่าบริการ 3% จากค่าสินค้าที่เก็บเงินปลายทาง ตัวอย่างเช่น ค่าสินค้าที่ต้องการเก็บเงินปลายทาง 1,000 บาท คิดค่าบริการเก็บเงินปลายทาง 3% จากราคาสินค้า คือ 30  บาท แต่ไม่คิดค่าธรรมเนียมธนาคารในการโอนเงินคืน

ระยะเวลาในการโอนเงินค่าพัสดุเข้าบัญชี

• ยอดเงินเก็บเงินปลายทาง COD ที่เรียกเก็บมาได้คืนเข้าบัญชีหลังจากส่งพัสดุสำเร็จ ภายในระยะเวลา 3 วันทำการ เฉพาะธนาคารกรุงเทพ สำหรับธนาคารอื่นๆ เพิ่มระยะเวลาจากปกติ 1 วันทำการ กรณีเป็นสมาชิก KERRY CLUB จะได้รับการโอนเร็วกว่าปกติ โดยขึ้นอยู่กับระดับของสมาชิก

How to register for the Kerry Express’s COD service?

You can register for our Cash on Delivery service in 2 ways: through our Kerry Express Website and through our Kerry Express Mobile Application (iOS and Android).

If you are registering an individual account, you will need to prepare the following documents to upload: 

1. Copy of Identification Card (images of the ID card are usable)
2. Certificate of Name Change (if any)
3. Copy of Bank Passbook (images of the passbook are usable)

If you are registering an corporate account, you will need to provide:

1. Signed copy of the first three pages of your company affidavit
2. Signed copy of the Identification Cards of the authorised person and attorney
3. Power of Attorney (if any)
4. Copy of your organisation’s Bank Passbook 

How to pay for shipping fee

• Payment can be made directly through the service provider.

Cash on delivery service fee

• There is a 3% service charge for items using Cash on Delivery. For example, if the cost of a product that needs to be collected is at 1,000 baht, there will be a 3% charge of 30 baht but no bank fees for remittance.

The COD refund transfer period

• For Bangkok Banks, the company will transfer the cash amount for COD services to the account after the delivery of the package within 3 business days.

• For other banks, this period is extended for 1 more working day. 

However, customers can get faster remittance through joining KERRY CLUB, depending on their account tier.
